Grow with focus, instead of chasing every opportunity.
Business development is the work of finding and opening new revenue streams: a new client segment, a new market, a sales channel, a partnership. It is also where companies waste the most energy, chasing opportunities that lead nowhere.
In business development consulting I start from the clients that already work best, from the margins and from the company's real capabilities. From there we choose where to grow and build the path: offer, go-to-market, sales process and metrics to quickly see what works.
I also handle international projects and institutional partnerships: I supported the creation of an Italian-Brazilian joint venture, signed at the Embassy of Brazil in Rome. I tell the story on the Institutional page.
The work is measured in numbers.
A few recent projects, across different industries. In total I have worked with 18+ companies and institutions in more than 15 industries.

Answers to the most common questions.
What is the difference between business development and marketing?
Marketing makes the company known and generates demand. Business development decides where to grow, with which offer and which partners, and builds the channels to get there. The two need to be coordinated.
Is it useful for a startup too?
Yes, especially in the phase where you need to move from the first clients to repeatable growth. With a proptech startup we went from 0 to 40 B2B clients in 6 months.
Do you also support expansion abroad?
Yes, particularly between Italy and Brazil, where I have a network of institutional and business relationships.
How are results measured?
With a few indicators agreed at the start: new opportunities generated, conversion rate, clients acquired, revenue from the new segment or channel.
Where do we start?
With an initial conversation and, if needed, a business audit to understand where to focus. Fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
