Contact form
When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR)
Retention: up to 2 years from receipt of the message.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
Only with your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous statistical data about site usage: pages visited, session duration, traffic source. No data is collected for advertising or profiling purposes.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
Retention: 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default)
Withdrawal: you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner on the site.
Marketing cookies (ChatGPT Ads)
Only with your explicit consent do we use the ChatGPT Ads pixel (OpenAI) to measure how our advertising campaigns perform: which visits come from ads, and which turn into an enquiry. Until you consent the script is not even downloaded, so no data leaves your browser.

3. Third Parties
The site uses the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA), statistical analysis. Data processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We have implemented Consent Mode v2: no analytics data is sent to Google without your consent.
- Web3Forms, handling contact form submissions. Data entered in the form is transmitted via HTTPS and forwarded to the controller's email.
- OpenAI (USA), the ChatGPT Ads pixel, used to measure advertising campaigns. Active only with your consent.
- Telegram and Resend, used to deliver the new-enquiry notification to the controller. They receive what you typed into the form, not browsing data.
- Vercel Inc. (USA), website hosting. Vercel may log access data (IP, user agent) in its system logs for security and reliability purposes.
4. International Data Transfers
Some service providers (Google, Vercel, Web3Forms, OpenAI, Resend) are based in the United States. Transfers are made in compliance with GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent agreements).
5. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access, request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification, correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure, request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability, receive your data in a structured, readable format
- Objection, object to processing on legitimate grounds
- Withdrawal of consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
