What I do
Institutional work requires a solid network, calibrated communication and the ability to move between actors with different cultures, languages and goals. I support companies and organizations in building lasting relationships with Italian and international institutional counterparts: public bodies, embassies, chambers of commerce, strategic partners.
It is not just about being a go-between. It is about building contexts in which relationships become real opportunities: agreements, visibility, commercial collaborations and shared initiatives with measurable impact.
Institutional representation
I support companies and organizations in building an authoritative presence in institutional contexts, both national and international. I identify the right counterparts and facilitate dialogue with bodies, embassies and reference institutions.
Events and partnerships management
I coordinate the design and execution of institutional events, ceremonies, public-private partnerships and co-branded initiatives with high-profile actors. From logistics to communication, up to relationship management during the event.
International relations
I support internationalization initiatives, joint ventures and agreements between Italian and foreign actors.

October 2025 · Rio de Janeiro
Partida do Coração at Maracanã with Enel Rio
Sponsor support to the communication of the Partida do Coração, a free charity match at the Maracanã promoted by Enel Rio in partnership with the Craque do Amanhã project. The initiative brought thousands of children from the favelas of Rio de Janeiro to experience the temple of world football.
The project involved institutional partnerships, logistical coordination and communication activities supporting the social narrative of the event, with a strong public relations component between Italy and Brazil.
July 2025 · Rome, Piazza Navona
Joint venture signing at the Brazilian Embassy in Rome
In July 2025, at the headquarters of the Brazilian Embassy in Italy in Piazza Navona, Rome, I supported the launch of a joint venture between an Italian and a Brazilian company. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Ambassador Renato Mosca and the Brazilian Consul in Italy.
The path included coordination of the parties, management of diplomatic relations, support to the communication of the agreement and liaison with the bilateral institutions involved.
