From the idea of going international to a concrete plan.
Entering a foreign market is one of the most expensive decisions an SME can make. It often starts from a one-off opportunity, a contact or a trade fair, without checking whether the market is the right one, whether the offer needs adapting and who will sell it locally.
In internationalization consulting I work on a few decisive questions: which market, with which offer, through which channel (direct sales, partners, distributors, joint venture) and with what resources. Then we build the go-to-market and the first tests, with indicators to quickly see what works.
I have direct experience on projects between Italy and Brazil: I supported the creation of an Italian-Brazilian joint venture, signed at the Embassy of Brazil in Rome, and supported communications for the Partida do Coração at the Maracanã with Enel Rio. I work in Italian, English and Portuguese, and I also help foreign companies that want to enter the Italian market.
The work is measured in numbers.
A few recent projects, across different industries. In total I have worked with 18+ companies and institutions in more than 15 industries.

Answers to the most common questions.
Which markets do you have experience with?
Brazil and Latin America in particular, where I have a network of institutional and business relationships. The method works for any market: you start from analysis and small tests, before investing.
Do you also help foreign companies enter Italy?
Yes. I know the Italian market, I'm based between Rome and Milan, working with companies across Italy and internationally, and I can handle positioning, go-to-market and the first commercial and institutional contacts.
How is this different from a traditional export service?
I don't just find contacts or trade fairs: I start from strategy, meaning which market, which offer and which channel, and I follow execution with clear indicators through to the first clients.
What languages do you work in?
Italian, English and Portuguese.
Where do we start?
With an initial conversation and, if needed, an analysis of the business and the possible markets. Fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
