Why strategy and marketing need to be tackled together.
Many companies ask for marketing consulting when the problem is broader: an unclear offer, a sales process that lets leads slip away, margins nobody keeps track of. In these cases, improving campaigns is not enough.
Marketing-driven business consulting looks at the entire customer journey, from first contact to revenue. We start from the business model and the numbers, choose the priorities and build a system where marketing, sales and data pull in the same direction.
Typical signs that you need it: growth has stalled, leads come in but rarely convert, sales depend on a single person, there are too many open initiatives and no priorities, the data is there but doesn't drive decisions.
The work is measured in numbers.
A few recent projects, across different industries. In total I have worked with 18+ companies and institutions in more than 15 industries.

Answers to the most common questions.
What does a business consultant do?
A business consultant analyzes how the company works, identifies what is holding back growth and helps the owner decide on priorities and put them into practice. In my case the focus is on strategy, marketing, sales and data. I also cover this in this article.
What is the difference between business consulting and marketing consulting?
Marketing consulting works on how the company presents itself and acquires clients. Business consulting starts further upstream: business model, offer, processes, sales and numbers. The two often go together, and that is how I work.
How much does business consulting cost?
It depends on the scope: an initial audit has a fixed cost, while ongoing support depends on the hours and the areas involved. After our first conversation you receive a written proposal with activities, timelines and costs.
Do you also work remotely?
Yes. I'm based between Rome and Milan, with in-person meetings when needed, and I work remotely with companies across Italy and internationally.
When do you see results?
It depends on the starting point. In recent projects the first measurable results came within 2 to 6 months: +20% monthly revenue in 2 months for a restaurant group, and from 0 to 40 B2B clients in 6 months for a proptech startup.
